The Hybrid Instructor Path leads to
official instructor authorization under Paul Vunak.
This path exists to verify skill, judgment, pressure handling,
safety awareness, and professionalism in person —
elements that cannot be fully evaluated online.
What the Hybrid Instructor Path Includes
- Complete Online RAT Program (education & grading phase)
- Coaching from Full & Senior Instructors

- Two (2) days semi-private in-person training
- Two (2) days Annual Retreat
- In-person technical & pressure evaluation
- Instructor communication & safety assessment

- Official Apprentice Instructor Certification

Instructor authorization is earned.
It is granted only after in-person evaluation and direct approval by Paul Vunak.

Phase 1 Instructor Program
Advanced Authorization • Phase 1 Instructor
The Phase 1 Instructor Program is an advanced instructor authorization path
for certified Apprentice Instructors seeking deeper technical responsibility,
teaching authority, and system integration.
Prerequisite: You must be a certified
Apprentice Instructor under Paul Vunak before enrolling.
What the Phase 1 Program Includes
- Advanced Phase 1 technical curriculum
- Video submission & structured training journal
- Direct oversight from Senior Instructors
- Advanced teaching methodology & class control
- Two (2) days semi-private in-person training
- Two (2) days Annual Retreat
What Completion of This Path Grants
- Official Phase 1 Instructor Authorization
- Recognition as a Phase 1 Instructor under Paul Vunak
- Permanent Phase 1 Instructor listing on TeamVunak.com
Phase 1 authorization is earned.
